PCG is currently hiring a proven Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in the Healthcare and Claims industry.

Claims and/or Healthcare Business Analyst skills

Translate business needs and rules into business requirements

Produce clear and concise project documentation

Create requirements through requirements elicitation, documentation and management

Read and review design document of requirements

Assist in writing test cases & test approach for requirements

Work with business partners to review test output and sign-off

Coordinate and lead walk through sessions

Show exceptional initiative

Ability to work with minimal supervision & work independently

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

Attention to detail

Required Experience

Healthcare and/or Claims background
