PCG is currently hiring a proven Senior Business Analyst with experience in one or more of the following: Financial Services, Insurance, Brokerage, Mortgage, Banking experience to work with our clients in Mpls/St. Paul.

Senior Business Analyst skills

Translate business needs and rules into business requirements

Produce clear and concise project documentation

Develop requirements through requirements elicitation, documentation and management

Read and review design document of requirements

Coordinate and lead walk through sessions

Show exceptional initiative

Ability to work with minimal supervision & work independently

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
