PCG is currently hiring a proven Senior Project Manager to work with our large client initiatives in Minneapolis and St. Paul.
Requirements for this position include:
- Senior Project Manager that has experience leading large projects
- Need to be a self-starter and not just manage tasks
- Ability to pull a problem apart a figure out how to fix it
- Maintain full awareness of project statuses, assigned resources, issues and budget implications.
- 5 -10 years experience managing large, complex projects utilizing a cross-functional team to accomplish stated objectives
- Proven Business Analysis skills are essential as well
- PMP Certification is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated knowledge of industry best practices
- Exposure to multiple project management methodologies and tools
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Skilled at delivering presentations
- Ability to adapt to new processes, tools and environments
